  Had no problem with Chris, he was pleasant and did fix the problem, my reason for the average rating is as follows. He took 2 hours to replace 2 rollers on a sliding door. He then charged me $200.00 for the work. I know the hourly rate was quoted as $60.00, that equates to $120.00, but then he said the parts cost $40.00 each. I was a little taken aback at this, should have asked for a receipt, as I have since found out the rollers cost $16.39 each at Bunnings. So I think the price was a bit excessive.
