Yes we are most defiantly insured for $20 million property cover and are happy to provide this documentation if requested.  And yes we guarantee our work, and this depends on what sort of work we are doing as different projects have different warranty periods.  And also the materials that we provide also come with their own manufactures guarantee

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Jamie our Director grew up in rural area and has always had a keen interest in the outdoors and working and creating things with his hands. So from a young age he stared his landscaping business as a one man show and over the years has grown it to be one of the most respected landscaping business in the Sydney area, and during his journey he has found equally passionate tradesman to work for him.

We really enjoy working in the outdoors and creating amazing gardens that are beyond the expectations of our clients. We really have a passion for what we do and this is evident in the quality of our work and the majority of our work comes from client referrals.

Most importantly ask your tradesman if they are licensed and for proof of this, and perhaps be shown examples of work that you have completed in the area that you can site. We have a a lot of potential clients that like to see projects that we have completed so they can se the quality of your work and ideas for their own project.

We get asked a lot of different questions but a important one that we get asked is are we licensed? Yes we are licensed in structural landscaping and we also have insurance which puts our clients at ease. We have completed a lot of projects where we have had to fix up dodgy work by un qualified and un trained so called landscapers which in turn cost the clients a lot of money as they are paying twice for the same job. So my advise is you need to be able to trust your tradesman.

Upon doing our site inspection you will meet with Jamie our Director and you will be able to know straight away that he is trustworthy and will provide what he says he can. We aim to be very transparent in our dealings with our clients at every stage of the process so they can feel comfortable that they are receiving what we said we will deliver. We do not take money prior to starting the job we simply have a honesty policy that we only take money when we have started.

Concept has gained a solid reputation for the quality work that we provide on every job. We are fully qualified in structural landscaping and our passion for the industry can be seen in every project we complete.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We generally need to do a site inspection to see the area we are quoting for and take measurements. We like to be supplied with any site plans and specifications if they are available, and also any ideas that the client may have for the outdoor area that may assist us in pricing for the job.

Clients can save money by doing their own research on materials and ideas that they have for there landscaping. Most of the time we surprise our clients as we can get our materials cheaper for that they can source them for, so this means we can keep their budget down and being able to add more work to the job.

We keep our prices low by using our wholesale suppliers and we do not add on the price that we buy for, as we believe in offering a good job for a fair price. We have grown from a one man show to what we are today and this could only be achieved through simply hard work and competitive pricing and looking after our clients.

It depends on the type of job we are quoting for and how long it may take. So there is no one answer for this it is estimated on a job to job basis. But for all jobs we keep our pricing as low as possible to ensure that we keep our clients happy.

We specialise in structural landscaping, so anything that you require to be built in your garden or outdoor area then we are the right team for the job.  We also specialise in new home landscaping, which means when you construct your new home we do everything outside and get you into your new home sooner.

We hold a Structural Landscaping Licence, Site Supervisor licence, OH&S Qualification, White Cards, First Aid Certificates and over 15 years of landscaping experience.
