  Where do we start!!!! We engaged Concepts Interior Design for the interior design for our new house. We did not have much idea about the effectiveness of the interior design but as busy professionals we thought it would be somewhat beneficial. We looked up in Google and found the reviews really good. And here we are, we still have Dana and her team engaged for the last 2 years advising us on every single interior ideas. Dana changed our way of thinking and understanding design concepts. Looking through her eyes, we understood what makes the difference between a house and a dream house. Dana initially modified the overall internal architecture of the house from the initial design by the architect. We were amazed to see how she utilised the floor space so well to give us good size WIRs, rumpus room, bar area, a beautiful room for our daughter and what not. Then comes the interior design for the rooms, kitchen, bathroom etc. No word is enough to thank Dana and Jenna for the tireless work they did and the patience they demonstrated to handle our ever changing mindset. Once the internal design was done, we were so happy that we engaged the team to do our furniture layout design and furniture, lights, mirror sourcing. And we were so relieved. Whoever comes to our house, says simply 'WOW'. I should also mention about Jan for her great work with Dana and Jenna in doing furniture design and selection. Finally no praise is good enough to talk about the work. Jenna was extremely professional yet friendly in suggesting the furniture selection, colour choices etc. and always was patient in listening to us whether it was an issue with the budget or with the selection. I highly recommend the team Concepts Interior Design for any build work from start to finish. We decided that for our next house, we would engage them from the start even to select the land size, area, position to ensure we have the best out of the team. Thanks to the team again.

  Dana and the CID team listened carefully, had some great ideas, and helped us get to a place where the lovely big bathroom space can do its own thing. Design done, now to have it realised!

  Dana and Jenna from Concepts Interior Design did a great job transforming the interior of a small house with little space into a gorgeous stylish warm home both to live in and fit to entertain family and friends. Dana and Jenna both have excellent taste and a flair for the smallest details which brought a tiny home to life. They understood what I needed and based my needs to a reasonable budget. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

  Great experience working with Dana and the team. Dana listened to me, proposed options consistent with my requests and then worked hard to implement the changes in the apartment. This included organising trades, taking deliveries and paying attention to every detail needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dana and the team.
