  I had a carpet cleaning appointment booked for today and spent around 4 hours preparing, moving furniture and getting the house ready. I called in the morning to confirm, and he explicitly told me he was coming. He never showed up. No call. No message. No explanation. He then stopped answering his phone entirely. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for a customer’s time. If you value reliability or clear communication, do not trust this business. I wasted an entire day based on his word. Extremely disappointing experience.

I understand how frustrating it must have been to spend hours preparing your home for the appointment, only for it to be missed without any communication. Unfortunately, an unexpected personal emergency occurred which prevented me from attending or responding in a timely manner your calls and even other customers .
