I had a carpet cleaning appointment booked for today and spent around 4 hours preparing, moving furniture and getting the house ready. I called in the morning to confirm, and he explicitly told me he was coming. He never showed up. No call. No message. No explanation. He then stopped answering his phone entirely. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for a customer’s time. If you value reliability or clear communication, do not trust this business.
