We are fully insured. We have our 20M Public Liability, we have works compensation too. We garantee our work and as I said we will leave the property only when client is 100% satisfy.

To help people to take care of their assets. To help them to sell their assets quicker. To help people to keep their houses healthy by having a fresh air inside with clean windows without mold.. To help them to safe money by having the gutters cleaned  avoiding then any leaking inside the house. To help then to keep safe by pressure cleaning stairs, driveways, etc..

The methods the company will use. This is really good to fairly compare trades. If the company is insured. Who is going to come to do the work. How methods of payment the company accept. Some recommendations are always good.

How long it will take? - we have a roughly idea only, everything depends on many facts such as access, state of house, weather, size of the house, etc..  does the water gets inside the house during a soft washing? - NO, we have a method where we don't use high pressure to wash your house, we brush down with special soaps and brushes. When we will be cleaning my gutter if you break a tile what you will do? - we going to let you know and fix straight way. We always take pictures before and after.

The experience that we have is one of them. Second because we want to be reference in reliability. It is one of our goals. We are thirsty for success and to get on the top we have to be perfect!

Is always good to know the size of the job, how many bedrooms, bathrooms. What type of window they got, type of floor tiles, if there is flyscreens on the windows.

For instancy they can take the fly screens off and let them sit next to the windows; they also can move furniture that is on the way of the window, such as beds, side beds. If we have a pressure cleaning job and the client is able to move the furniture around that will be useful too.

Yes sure. If we quote and go ahead with more than one item, for example, a gutter and a window cleaning, we will give to you a 10% discount on the total price. We also have discounts if a client give us a referral or if neighbours decide to do some work at the same day.

We are very efficient and work with the latest technology that is available in the market. In this way we are able to offer very competitive prices in comparison with our competitor.

We always visit the sites and talk to clients in order to have a better understanding of their needs and also to avoid missunderstanding. We usually give a close price for the services the client requires. However if the client prefer we can charge by hour.

Window, gutter, and pressure cleaning and also roof cleaning. We allowed our team with up to 2000 hours of work before they go to the field by themselfs. We are specialise in delivery!

One of the owner at Crystal is a Civil engineer and also a builder from TAIFE. We have hights certificates, we do harnessing, hope acess, etc... We have up to 10 years experience in the area.
