Custom Flatpack is a registered company and we stand by our products and services.  Our cabinet components range from 7-10 year warranties and are governed by consumer law.  All of our work is warranted against manufacturing defect. If something does go astray however, because we manufacture to size, we can resolve any remakes or errors in a timely manner.

I think the key should be flexibility - can the business work alongside the customer, not for them, to create their space?  Custom Flatpack works with our customers (from DIY renovators, builders & architects) at all levels of production to create the perfect storage solution for your home.

OUyr most common question is can they alter a cabinet - simply put, absolutely.  We are Custom Flatpack for that reason.  Every component is made to order.  We do not work to catalogue sizes, nor do we have cabinets sitting on the shelf that you have to work with

Our goal is to assist our customers create their perfect home, so we invest a great deal of time and resources before manufacture to that aim.  It is our name on the door, and we right the cheques, so it is in our interest to assist.

Even though we offer our products as a flatpack option, the kitchen is made to your size and material selections - not some imported catalogue kitchen that you have to resolve to fit your space and appliances.

Please visit our showroom with approximate dimensions and some ideas prior to starting your detailed design work.  We will assist you with material selections and layouts to save money and functionality in your new kitchen space, as well as make appliance recommendations.

Our products won't be any cheaper than an equivalent competitor, as we believe inthe quality and construction of our components.  All of the materials used are Australian made to strict standards, and locally manufactured to suit your kitchen layout.
