I don't have a favourite story but over the last 20 plus years I have remained friends with a great deal of my customers which is a reward in itself.

What is their Trade qualification and how many years experience do they have? Also ask if the tradesman is licenced. Hiring a tradesperson without a licence is asking for trouble!

Some of the things I will need to know are, the nature of the job and when you would like it completed by. Generally a site inspection is required.

When charging for my services my preference is hourly rate as it always works out cheaper for the client. However I am happy to provide an estimate or even a solid quote.
