Question - Can you build on sloping or difficult sites, or does my block need to be level first. Answer - David Reid Homes can build on sloping and difficult sites. We prefer to minimize the impact on the site and use the minimum cut and fill possible.

We offer a free site visit and building design appraisal service. This is free to all of our clients, and we believe this helps to understand the many options available.

For the month of March, we will refund the cost of any concept and working drawings for any client that proceeds with building with us. The cost will be taken away from the total building contract cost.

At David Reid Homes we only charge for what in built into the home, not what is taken out. With complete design flexibility, we don't charge you to change our plans or remove fixtures - this is all included in our fixed price contract.
