  Wasn’t sure what to expect going into the session but training with Dean has been absolutely amazing. He tailors sessions to your needs as well as makes sure your technique is perfect. I had problems with back pain previously doing leg and back exercises but with Dean we did increasing volume of work and this pain never occurred! I am very happy to have trained with Dean.

  I came into my first session with Dean a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect. I left the gym knowing I made the right choice in a personal trainer. Dean made me feel comfortable from the start but he also pushed me 3 times per week for 6 weeks to not only reach my goals, but constantly beat my personal best in every facet of my training. I weighed 108kg when i first met Dean, I left my 6 weeks training weighing 98kg. I credit it all to Dean. Thanks for everything buddy! PS. He also has some good banter!
