  Hi David - we are disappointed you feel that way however when you cancelled/changed the job timings 3 times and then when we arrived onsite at the agreed time, you were a no show and completely unreachable - we thought it best not to waste either of our time any further. Please note we were not reimbursed for the time we were onsite with you out of touch.
