  I've been training with Ronald for a year now and believe he is one of the most experienced and commitment trainers i've ever met in my fitness journey. I train with him 3 days a week and have noticed amazing improvements in my wellness. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and listened to what my needs are based on my individual strengths and weaknesses. Most importantly he is so passionate about what he does and we always have so much fun, I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into his sessions.
