A very nice technician who was pleasant and helpful but the machine was incredibly old and had cracks in the top of it and sticky tape as well. There were furniture wood damp marks from condensation on the carpet that were not removed. He said “they’ll be wear and tear”. They are not. I rang for a re-do ad the cost was high and the woman basically said he had to get back to me which he did not. Beware. She is rude, overcharges and refused to acknowledge the condition of the machine. Frankly, the technician should get another job or go out on his own. She’s awful and told me I could do what I wanted! Very expensive. Two small rooms. I did not mind paying more for vacuuming at all. Carpet cleaning should have been $120. It was over $200. And the pile hasn’t come back up after cleaning. Disgusted with this lack of service or willingness to redress.Malcolm C

Booked for the Exit date .. Had to cal the company to find out why they were late by 20 + minutes EXCUSE * THE VAN WAS IN AN ACCIDENT we need to re schedule. The next day we had a SALES INSPECTION @ 1.00pm . They arrived @ 11.30am did not finish until 12.50 pm As the Property Sales Manager entered the property and people where at the gate??? Also took 5 days to receive a receipt for a cash payment..OVERALL NOT HAPPY.Don't forget the gst on top.Helen H
