We have $20m public Liability Insurance and Work Cover insurance. We guarantee all our work, if you have any issues at all with how we have worked or the job done we are more than happy to discuss issues with you and come to an agreement. We operate to work cover standards

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After finishing my V.C.E, I really wanted to be a carpenter. i had a pre-apprenticeship up my sleeve and went straight into a carpentry apprenticeship, but this didn't work out. I ended up finding a job in the city with a landscape company and i never looked back.

At EnviroScapes & Fencing, we believe customer service is paramount and that every customer story should be a good one. Too often I hear stories of dodgy unqualified tradesmen, jobs being left half done, or the job being done so badly a customer has had to pay someone else to come and fix the mess. We aim to get the job done right the 1st time, we will always listen to the customer and discuss the options before work is commenced and our tradesmen are qualified. That way, hopefully all our customer stories are good ones. :)

What do you like most about your job?

I am passionate about all things landscaping and being environmentally friendly, I love giving my all to achieve great results for our customer's. I love running my own business, meeting new clients and building great client relationships with my regular customers.

Do they have qualifications? In our experience there are far to many tradesman, particularly in our line of work that are operating without and qualifications. If you want a professional job done, always hire a tradesmen who is qualified.

Well, probably the most asked question is what the lowest price is, or can I make it cheaper? We will always do our utmost to achieve the desired outcome at a price that is right for the customer. Whether it’s the use of recycled timber, or reusing plants in a garden to create the right affect, we will always discuss all the options with you and come to an agreement before we start.

We are open in all our dealings with our customers, we will always come to an agreement on price that suits the customer and we will let the customer know if there is something we cant do. We are a reliable, friendly, professional team that always keeps the customer in the loop.

We generally like to do a site inspection and meet with the client face to face to discuss their needs, we are passionate about customer service and that includes getting the right price for the client.

Discuss your budget, and exactly what you want. We can always work with you to get the desired result at a price that suits. If your plans are too grand for your budget, we will give you options for how you can still get the desired result for the budget you have.

Most jobs are custom and will get a custom quote, but generally jobs are quoted with a Lineal meter or Square meter rate.

i am a qualified landscaper. I started my apprenticeship with a company called courtyard landscapes, based in Malvern, we mainly did paving around pools and for driveways. I then worked on Sandhurst golf course for 1.5yrs, learning the art of turf and finished my apprenticeship with Australian Horticultural Construction - where we covered all aspect of the trade.  I've been in the industry for 14 years, and this will be our 6th year in Business.
