We specialise in restoration cleaning of carpets and upholstery. When you think your carpets may need replacing due to the amount of soiling is when you call us in. Clients are always shocked when they see the finished result of an Restoration Clean
How do you normally charge for your service?
For end of lease we charge cash or direct bank transfer. The receipt must be shown upon transfer of funds. For businesses we have a strict 7 day account in place unless other arrangements are made before date of clean. We do not have card facilities.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We have three different cleans within our Steam cleaning range so there is always a price that suits your budget. From our standard Steam clean to our Restoration Clean. Our Dry Clean is usually priced at our standard Steam Clean rate.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
Our prices are very competitive for our professional services, we pride ourselves in our quality of work so we do not offer any special deals for One Flare services
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
If you are looking to save a few dollars with your clean give your carpets a thorough vacuum before we arrive and remove any small items and chairs from the carpet. We can go around your larger furniture and move your lounge suite around if viable.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
For a more accurate quote we need you to know the square meterage of each room ( if you do not know your meterage we can estimate ). The condition of the carpet- light, medium or heavy soiling. What fibre is your carpet. Stains can only be quoted when we are on the premises.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are an insured business, our liability cover is for $10,000,000 Executive Carpet Care has achieved the highest training within the carpet cleaning industry and with over 20 years of experience we can Guarantee our work as we let you know our expectations before we commence each job.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We pride ourselves on Quality & Service. Communication with our clients is what lets us achieve these goals. If we are running late due to being held up at a previous job, you will be notified that we are running a bit late and an expected time of arrival.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
When can I walk on my carpets? As soon as you like as long as your feet are clean. How long till my carpets are dry? Our Dry Cleaning usually within an hour. Steam cleaning takes longer and depends on weather and fibre of carpet. Do you do protection? Yes we do for upholstery and carpet.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are you trained by a Government recognised identity? Do you use hot water from my premises or do you supply your own? Do not accept someone using your hot water.
What do you like most about your job?
Meeting people and the challenges we come across each day from pet stains to odours. Water damage is a specialised area and love these challenges.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
When we are at a persons residence or a business all conversations and interactions with persons and businesses are held as extremely private and are never discussed out of the work environment.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Left hairdressing, so now I shampoo carpets and make them look absolutely stunning instead of my hairdressing clients. Enough said.
