Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured and we can guarantee most work but it depends on the level of control you want. For example, if we spray the back yard for flees but you do not treat the dog, the flees may come back.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been in the building industry for 25 years and have seen a lot in my time. I detest poor workmanship and enjoy helping people. So the Home Building and Pest Inspection/Control side of the industry was a perfect fit for me.

I like it when we can solve a problem for a client and leave the house or business in a better condition than when we arrived and knowing that the pest issue is under control.

We need to know the type of pests you have plus the size and type of property. Also when are you home so we can call around to survey the grounds and house

We may be a little more expensive but these days you get what you pay for. We will have an action plan for your reference and will call back to make sure the problem is solved. In the end we are only as good as our last job.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For smaller jobs direct bank payment or pay on start of work. For larger projects such as termite barriers or bee hive removal we ask for a deposit and payment on completion.

Our technicians are fully qualified to current Australian standards and attend annual training updates in the latest advances in Pest Control and Home Building Inspections.
