How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I wanted to escape the 9 to 5 daily grind. I wanted to help people in a way I found fascinating and at the same time challenging. I also wanted to set myself up for future projects that are linked to my university degree and the movement of the human body.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I trained a gentleman a few years ago that was 25kg overweight, single and working FiFo. He had very little strength, little to no fitness and wanted to do something about it.  A little over 2 years he had lost his 25kg, stopped drinking, got promoted and met the love of his life.

What do you like most about your job?

I like how I can set my own hours in order to accomodate to my AFL training. As well as being flexible in order to continue studying at university.  But the best part about my job is the eureka moments I have with my clients when they achieve something for the first time.

"Do I have to do cardio?" No you do not as The majority of calories you burn in a day are not through activity, but instead through your resting metabolic rate.  "Do I have to give up alcohol to achieve my goals?" Yes

1.One weekend can end up costing $100-200. Limiting alcohol can aid in successful fat loss and an overall healthier body!  2. Referring new clients will save you $50 for every successful client that purchases 10 or more sessions.  3. Purchasing the 10x or 20x 45min packages can save up to $250

Training out of my home studio means that there are no overhead fees for me to pay in order to use the gym space. That means my PT rates are significantly lower than of a trainer who works out of a commercial gym. I also don't charge extra if you bring a friend.

How do you normally charge for your service?

There are no set up fees or lock in contracts. The first session is free and then each 45min session is $50. Packages are available that offer a significant discount: $400 for 10x45min sessions (saving $100) or $750 for 20x45min sessions (saving $250). 2 on 1 is at no extra cost.

I specialise in permanent fat loss as well as improving the overall mobility of the human body. Clients leave my studio feeling and moving better than when they first came in.
