I’m very disappointed with this company. I bookded their service at least 3 week prior and paid 2 hours fee as a deposit. The customer service asked me to provide some details of the items to be removed and they did not show up on time. I’ve been wait for them for more than 2 hours and they did not even take my calls or reply my message. 3 hours later the customer service returned my message and said their workers did not wake up on time that day. I think this company is so unprofessional. they did refund my money, however my plan for that day was totally disrupted. Please seriously consider to use this company if you don’t have time to waste.Rismah
