  Poor service, not responsive to messages. I paid deposit in august and still waiting for the job to be confirmed/started. I cancelled the job a week ago and again waiting on my funds to be returned. Every time I call I get told no one is available and leave a message with no return calls. Be wary of this business as I suspect my funds are gone on other jobs!

  I organised with the owner in May 23 to have a 10m fence and electric gate installed at the end of June 23. They requested the deposit of $5400 to be paid which I did now regrettably. The end of July they came and installed the wrong fence. Few weeks later they came back and put the right fencing up however we are still waiting for the gate to be installed. Admin never have answers for us of when it's going to be completed and its always next week, but they never turn up. I've tried to contact the admin person but however they have quit due to the business being poorly run. The owner will not return my calls or reply to my texts. It's now 18th of October with no gate and no communication as to when this will be completed. We live on a busy road and had planned for the fence and electric gate to be installed prior to moving in because we have 2 small children. I am going to contact the QBCC and give them all the details

  - WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION - quoted and assured us it could be done quickly (retaining wall and colorbond fence) - insisted on 60% deposit "to cover materials" - showed up and ripped the backyard up and left it without any safety fencing and trash/building rubbish everywhere which is extremely unsafe *came back over 40hrs later to install half the safety fence. - kept assuring us they would "show up the next day" and still haven't 10 days later - owner won't take our calls and admin keep fobbing us off - we asked for receipts for the products they've apparently ordered for us and despite saying they'd provide them they haven't. - no deliveries, no rubbish removal and certainly no new retaining wall or fence - all we have from this engagement aka "contract" is a destroyed back yard and nothing else - this company is an absolute sham - the owner of the company threatened court action because of accurate reviews, spends more time managing his negative PR than actually providing a service - the owner promised me a refund of all my deposited cash (less 10% & costs of demolition) - the owner tried throwing "the contract" back in my face despite not ever adhering to it - the owner continues to be flaky with communication - the site is still unsafe with our neighbouring pool not being "retained" by anything since 11 Oct 23 - the owner doesn't care that he's screwed a young family over and is keeping over 15k of their cash without reason (likely that his business is going under, as there's no other reason to not transfer funds). - to my knowledge the owner has not paid any of the subcontractors either and as a result there were 2 full skips sitting on our lawn preventing us from trying to get someone else in to fix this UNSAFE site.
