  Their pricing is competitive. The scary incident was on the day of settlement the purchaser's legal rep. had to called me personally to obtain another phone number because they were not at the settlement venue which caused me unnecessary anxiety.

I appreciate your efficient liaison with the other party and the overall outcome. The price was also the lowest of all the legal firms I looked at, and so I was pleasantly surprised. One large firm quoted me $4000 for exactly the same job, and your firm charged 1/8 of that. Further to that, there have been several times I needed to ask a question, I would call through, and be connected straight away... I also chose this firm because of the star ratings. I saw this firm had consistently good reviews, and I was not disappointed. Thank you. I will recommend.
