How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After years of not exercising after I had finished school, I started a 28day exercise challenge as I was unhappy with my body and eating habits. They positive impact and change to my mental and physical health was incredible. Something so simple as excerise can change your life for good!

I have a lovely female client who is very overweight and has a lot of arthritis and mobility issues. I train her once a week and even though she still has a lot of weight to loose, her mobility and ability to move has improved dramatically. It makes me very happy that her life quality has improved.

I LOVE helping people turn their lives around, achieve goals, seeing the smiles on their faces when they make progress, it may not be a journey to loose 50kg or to gain 30kgs of lean mass but seeing positive changes in a persons mentality and confidence is absolutely priceless.

How do I stay motivated to train and live a healthy lifestyle?  To be completely honest with you, I lose motivation just as fast as the next person, but I soon itch to get back in the gym and correct my diet the minute I get a reminder of how not being active and eating unhealthy makes me feel.
