  Our conveyancing / visa prices (Incl. GST) Conveyancing (purchasing) We charge a fixed rate of $490, which includes GST, perusing and advising you with your Section 32, preparing all the required purchase documents, liaising with your lender and representing you up to settlement, but excludes the amount of $200 required to obtain all property searches (excluding OCC if required), plans, rates etc. and office expenses. Our total cost including searches and office disbursements is $690. Excl. VOI, Pexa and GST withholding (if applicable) charges Basic Conveyancing (selling) We charge a fixed rate of $590, which includes GST being for preparing your Contract of Sale, Section 32 Vendor Statement, Section 27 Early Release of Deposit Authority, Contract of Sale (if necessary), liaising with your mortgagor for discharge figures if necessary and representing you up to settlement, but excludes the amount of $200.00 required to obtain all Section 32 property searches, plans, rates (excl.
