After I was looking at a short life with positive heart disease or diabetes I decided it was time to get fit and healthy. I lost 17kgs and feel much better and now I am looking at a long healthy life. We guarantee our service and if you are not completely satisfied our Trainer will refund your money. Our nutrition plans also have a 30 day money back guarantee. We have adjusted our prices so you don't have to waste money on unwanted gym memberships that you don't need or no lock in contracts. We come to you with all the equipment needed. How do you normally charge for your service?

We ask what your budget is first and work out from there. Average cost is $40 for 45 mins or $99 for 3 sessions paid in front. We can accommodate other payments plans as requested if needed. Above all we are here to help you get fit. The prices can vary based on the session and how many times a week you train. We work all this out at the first FREE Session.

The Team at Fit Baby Boomers are fully qualified and are NDIS Providers  - STRONG by Zumba Trainer - KettleBell Training  - BoxFit Training We specialise with people over the age of 40 with disabilities or injuries. You don't need to work out in a Gym and can do sessions at the Park or at the Beach. We work out what your budget is and work with you. Our trainers have done transformations themselves and understand what you go through when training.
