  A friend recommended Jamie as I was struggling with my weight and nothing was working. I love his mix of boxing and personal training. I've managed to lose belly fat and gain a bit of strength now. Im so happy! Highly reccommend

  Fightfighers is not just boxing, not just weghts, so much under one roof, strenthegning, nutrition, accounatability. I have pushed myslef further then i could ever imagine and the trainer is always guiding, helping me reach my personal best, with a team environment feel. ive been to a lot of gyms and have not met trainers that are willing to not just push me but to help with my injuries, major caring factor.

  A friend of mine recommended Jamie to me and told me I’d love the training... that was 5 months ago. Jamie didn’t shy away from rehabilitating my old and neglected injuries to guide and transform me, physically and mentally. I haven’t felt this energetic, confident and strong in over 10 years.   If you’re in the market for a personal trainer in the Bondi Junction area, would highly recommend you give Jamie a try - you won’t regret it. He makes working out challenging yet fun, pushes you past limits you thought you had and gets great results. As someone who didn’t exercise much before, I’ve feel stronger, more energetic, more health conscious and am in less sick as a result of being his client.
