The fact that I have at least 30 yrs experience and I've come from the main land with alot of ideas and especially to make things last.

What makes your pricing competitive?

The fact that I don't have to many overheads and I mainly work on my own unless I need to lift heavy materials.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Depends on the job it will be either contract or on an hourly rate,it all depends on what needs to be done for that job.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in installation of stone in all applications either the floor or wall and outside even in the cemetery.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I started in the building game in 1989 in Sydney working on all the big construction as in office blocks,hotels cladding the outside of the buildings and also worked in the cemetery building family vaults and graves with headstones .

Frank's cleaning services, when I lived in Sydney, I was a commercial cleaning contractor which was cleaning childcare centres,banks and office buildings.We are ALSO COVID REGISTERED CLEANERS and also restore natural stone foyers and seal and polish floors as well,which all came from my knowledge of stone works are for all kinds of Stone, Natural Stone , Sandstone and Man Made Stone. I cater for Monumental , Domestic and Commercial. Graves with Headstones , Bathroom Renovations, Tiling ,Fire Places ,Wall Cladding and Kitchen Benchtops with Splashbacks.I also Polish concrete benchtops and walls and floors and have 30yrs experience.

The team were there from 0830-1730 doing an end of lease clean after the tenant walked out not cleaning the property and leaving a shocking mess. The before and after photos tell the true story on how good they are. I will hire them again if I ever need. A Great job done!
