Meet Michael. Michael is a father of 2 children. He works a very busy schedule so when going home it's very hard to find motivation to workout.  So my job is to give him motivation when things get hard. I really appreciate the effort and discipline that he shows. He is training with me from last year until now. Sometimes he can only train 1-2 days on the week. However, the result in the picture says everything. His weight decreased from 107 to 98 kg (this is an amazing result!). 2 years experience mobile PT, Diploma of Sport and Fitness, Cert 4 in remedial massage. Both combinations make a perfect combination.   Massage aids in better training, helping to increase blood flow to the muscles, shift lactic acid, affect the biochemistry and systems of the body in positive ways, and can ease excess fluid by getting the lymphatic system moving.  Combining my knowledge of personal training and Remedial Massage therapy will give me the ability to prevent injury and treat the whole health of each client.
