40 years as a painter decorator with experience in exteriors ,interiors roof painting,wallpapering,decks and fences,airless spray painting,repairs and cherry picker work

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

started painting apprenticeship in December 1976 and have worked as a painter and decorator since. I can repair and apply most finishes aswell as wallpaper.no job too difficult

What can I say about Gavin Kean? What a legend, one of nature's true gentlemen and an excellent tradesman to boot. Gavin contacted me after a long search for a painter to do our project. From the very first conversation Gavin was great, he was helpful and I knew there would be no B.S and what he said, he would do. He brought his brother Simon to do our job and both of them worked so well together. we couldn't be there to answer questions as we were in Brisbane and the job was in Evans Head NSW, but it didn't phase them as they carried out their job with a minimum of fuss. The finished product is just awesome. It changed our "house" into our forever home, and I could tell they cared about what they had done for us. I have been in the building trade for almost fifty years, in many capacities, including being a supervisor for a building company and in that position, there is a necessity to have a good eye for quality work. Gavin and Simon do quality work right across the board including most of all, PRICE and really, I cannot recommend them highly enough. You would travel a long way before you found anyone to compare to Gavin Kean so, I thank him for a great experience and wish him all the best. Cheers
