What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
budget, existing website (if applicable), logo (if applicable), deadlines for completion, type of website (e-commerce or standard), as well as whether we will do the design, or it will be provided.

Yes, our business has professional indemnity insurance and all of our work is 100% guaranteed; we will not stop working until you are happy with the result.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We've been in this business a long time; our reputation means everything to us. What that means is we won't do anything to damage that reputation by being unreliable or non-trustworthy.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How much will it cost - this is without doubt the most common question. We have a really good understanding of the effort that goes into building a quality website. Sometimes clients do not have the budget to spend, but we find ways to compromise on scope, without compromising quality.

Most important is a portfolio or references to ensure they are dealing with a reputable company. The other question is will templates be used in the design or is the work custom made.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Geeks Online actually started out as managed services provider, but over time, we realised that it was more gratifying working on a client's business, rather than supporting their technology. Since then we've never looked back!
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
Whilst we build websites on many platforms including Magento, Joomla and Shopify; Wordpress is our preference and WooCommerce is our e-commerce platform of choice.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
One of our clients (a transport and logistics company) were receiving very few leads from their website. What we found was the website was non-responsive and severely outdated. Our team built a mobile friendly website and leads increased by over 500% in the first few months after go-live.
