  ⭐ One Star – Do Not Recommend I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by GBC Cleaning. From the outset, I was pressured and harassed for full upfront payment, which I paid in good faith. Despite this, the work was not completed. Following their work, my property has suffered significant damage. The walls were damaged to the point that they cannot be repaired and now require full relining with plaster, as confirmed after obtaining independent quotes and assessment by another professional cleaner. In addition, the carpets were over-saturated with water, resulting in a persistent damp and mouldy smell throughout the property. This will require additional professional cleaning to attempt to rectify. As a direct result of GBC Cleaning’s actions, I am now facing repair and rectification costs which are in the thousands. There are also serious concerns regarding their contact details. Some of the phone numbers listed on their invoice are not linked to the business at all. When contacted, the number belonged to an unrelated Pacific Island family who had no knowledge of GBC Cleaning and were unaware why their number was being used on an invoice. To make matters worse, the company failed to complete the job, has stopped responding, and has blocked my number, leaving me with no option but to escalate the matter. This has been an incredibly stressful and costly experience. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against engaging GBC Cleaning.
