Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured, and all of our work is guaranteed.   Our shower repair guarantees are determined upon inspection and are included in the quote.   Our tiling jobs are guaranteed for 3 years against cracking or lifting/drumminess of the tiles.   And our bathroom renovations are guaranteed to be leak free for 7 years.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We pride ourselves on not being the typical "tradie" business. You know, the ones where they never answer the phone, then if they do answer and agree to do a quote, they never turn up on time, if at all. And then if you do manage to get someone around and give them the job, they're late for the job everyday, the job takes way longer than they told you, and when all is said and done, they leave a big mess everywhere.   That's just not our style. We might be tradies, but we run a tight ship. We answer the phone, we turn up on time, and we leave your house cleaner than we found it. For us, it's the only way to go.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Because no other similar provider has our experience in the cleaning, maintenance and restoration of tile and grout installations. From that extensive experience, we know how to maximise the value of your tile and grout installations, whether we install them from new, or if we are restoring your tiles or bathrooms.   Just about any new tiling or bathroom looks great, but for how long? With our knowledge and expertise you will be enjoying your investment for a lot longer than you would otherwise, and with less hassle and cost.   We know which specialised products to use in order to reduce your cleaning requirements, eliminate leaks from your new shower, and generally extend the life of your new installation.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is competitive, however we don't claim to be the cheapest. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for. We refuse to use low grade materials or hire anything less than high quality tradesmen, so we can do it right the first time, every time. We provide written quotes before undertaking any work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We generally (90% of the time) provide free on-site quotes, but for small jobs, or for the convenience of the client, we may give an initial estimate over the phone. From there we will always confirm the cost before going ahead with the work.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Accepted Answer

We do anything to do with tiles and grout, but our speciality is in helping our clients get the most life out of their tile and grout assets whether we are doing it from new, or restoring an existing installation. Most tilers just want to get in and out, and will often use inferior materials to save cost. Unfortunately the client is often left disappointed down the track when the installation has well and truly lost its new look, and worse, often requires costly maintenance long before it should.

We have installed and/or fixed hundreds of different showers, bathrooms, floors and the like. There isn't too much we haven't seen, and we keep up to date with the latest products and technology to increase the life of your assets.
