Gleeson Linings is a Pty Ltd company and as per government regulations we are a fully insured.  We have an employee workers compensation policy and a public liability insurance policy.

We have an excellent reputation which has resulted in a long standing reputation with our clients.  We have the skills necessary to carry out ceiling and partitioning works and will advise you if there are any issues you need to be aware of.  We guarantee our work, and are upfront about our capabilities.

We have over 30 years in the industry and employ highly skilled workers.  Our customer service skills are excellent and you will receive a written quotation for every project that we quote on.  Your job will be booked to commence on a date that is suitable for both parties and the works will be carried out to a high standard.  We leave behind a clean and professional finish.

Where the job is located. How big the area is. Do we have easy access. What type of materials you require (ie plasterboard, type of cornice, etc) Any additional information regarding your required scope of works.

1.  Ensure that the work area is clear of any mess. 2.  Ensure that we have clear access to the works. 3.  Flexibility to allow us access to commence early reduces the need for additional return trips to site.

As we are experienced tradesmen, we work quickly and effectively, always ensuring that the work is to a high standard.  This assists with maintaining a competitive price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We provide a quotation based on the amount of time, labour and materials required for the job.  Once the work is complete, payment will be required via direct deposit into our bank account.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in the installation of ceilings and partitions for both commercial and residential projects and therefore have a wide range of skills.  We are experienced in decorative cornices, residential ceilings, installation of complicated ceilings in commercial projects; complete office fitouts; installation of ceilings and partitions in schools, offices, hospitals.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

The owner has over 30 years experience in the ceiling and partition industry and only employs workers who have the appropriate skills and experience.  We have the ability to project manage and fit in with other trades if necessary and to provide additional advice that may assist your project in running more efficiently.
