Unsatisfactory experience. The guy quoted $250 to clean 2 bedroom unit but finally charged $350. He said that he will do steam cleaning of carpet, but on the day of cleaning told that his machine is out of order. He had agreed to clean the small backyard area but left without cleaning it. He had agreed to clean the windows from inside but only cleaned the window seals. Bathroom exhausts not cleaned. Overall, the job was only partially completed. We had to do rest of cleaning ourselves to make the unit inspection ready.14 Nov 2020
I’m sorry you feel that way, you asked for a general clean but was more of a deep clean that was needed. Once I got on site I was told to do the window seals when I asked what needed to be done I also informed you that the machine was broken and could not complete the carpets. The oven was not included when we spoke so the price had to be changed, the backyard clean was in fact mowing not cleaning of which I was not informed of prior to the day. I was also told by the lady that she was happy with the clean. When I quoted I said it would be between 250-300 and that was without the oven being included. When I spoke to the lady on site she informed me what she wanted done and followed with that window seals cleaned I also informed her that we are not a mowing service but did say if I had time I would come back and complete it which unfortunately I ran out of time. I went off what the lady told me on the day what she would like done. Again I’m sorry it seems to be a misunderstanding between communication from first quote till the day of completion.Matt
