  I’ve seen great results over the past few months! Very affordable and workable around my schedule. Constantly increasing in difficulty and scope and focused to match my fitness goals. Cassies sessions are great to fit your desired results but definitely push you to do as much as you can. Im seeing improved cardio and body composition. Highly recommended!

  I have been training with Cassandra Gray for the past four years. My daughter originally introduced me to her and indeed she also still trains with Cassie and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have, if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Cassie is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession.
