  Initial contact was good and a day set, unfortunately he did not show that day. Phoned him in the evening and he said he would be here 7-7.30 am the next day, no arrival by 9am so I phoned to cancel job and get someone else, no answer, so I texted a message to cancel the job, 10 minutes later he returned the call to say he would be here in half an hour. He did a good job after all the running around he gave me.
