Installed a new radiator - then rang about water pump leaking, ok no worries...then mentions that the power steering pump is leaking but apparently is a common occurence. Had to move it to change rad...only issue is that only 1 day later its nearly dry of fluid. Had NEVER lost fluid before he changed rad. Should have known when he said he could change rad NEXT DAY. Clearly doesnt have much work on...usually one reason for that. No return customers.25 Jun 2022
Not sure why customer is upset as he had never been here before, so all we did was what the customer wanted done. First time customer, issues with radiator, worked performed, power steering leak detected, customer notified, work issues completed as per requested in quote. I always encourage my cutomers to call me if they have any issues after we have have worked on their car. if its something we have replaced new then they have a 12 month parts and labour warranty.Louise B
