one customer had a large reno at wahoonga were we had to do a large two story construction in passing comment from my team giving the owner some vision on a couple of things we could do to open the existing house up to be more user friendly was over the moon when it was all completed

the most common question asked is can we do it cheaper on the job my response is the only way to make things cheaper is to cut corners to save time which is money but my goal is to do the right job for you not a less than standard one.

we can do fixed price contract for all building works or  we can do hourly rate for jobs that are small and a time allowance is unsure and for the large renovations the way to get bang for your buck is cost plus there fore the builder is not making added profit for no reason call me and i can explain

We do almost any job from small renovations to large muti-developments which you can see on my web site but the most satisfaction comes from large renovations from seeing the ugly ducking become a princess
