  I was referred to Growth Prof by a friend after I found out that my previous accountant had been negligent in their work. Charitha was able to quickly identify the errors that had been made and get my tax and business affairs in order. They also helped me to file amended tax returns for the business and resolve any issues with the ATO. I was really impressed with Charitha’s knowledge and expertise.   This firm is a total ripoff. Please do not sign to any direct deposit permission with him. He takes the money out of your account with no permission or consent from you. He quoted me for a full financial advice and tax return and Bas annually $3500 and he charged me $4700 with a direct deposit out of my account after 2 months. His financial advice was maybe half an hour on the phone dropping all jargons on me. No way I recommend him and his services!

  Sorry to hear this .For those who read this should understand client overcharged or charged unnecessarily should have had the opportunity to ask for refund or take legal action or report. Nothing is done . This client is a professional association which signed an engagement letter - refused to admit agreed fees which is very rare. We are still open to discuss this which is false accusation - as a firm we completely refute. For the period we engaged this client have done multiple years of accounts , ATO payment plans , structure advice and bookkeeping .
