• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  H.E.A.T. Personal Training is fully insured. We have both professional indemnity and public liability insurance and it is up to date.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  My Aunty took me to my first Aerobics class when I was about 9 years old & I fell in love with it! I started teaching Aerobics whilst I was at University. After completing my degree & working in labs for a while, I decided that I wanted to do more to help people, so became a P.T.
