  Not impressed at all. Hired to do a pool demolition. 1. Quoted $3,000. Day 1 told me he misquoted, wanted $5,000 instead. 2. Continued to work through torrential rain (that caused the recent Qld floods) 3. He insisted working through the downpour, machinery destroying my front yard, turning it to slush which blocked my drains flooding the area. No consideration to placement of boards to prevent this. My front yard has never flooded before even being lower than road level. 4. Didn't put boards down over my pavers either, which I have been told is common practice. Pavers are now completely upturned. 5. No consideration to safety. - No temporary fencing around pool - No signage advising excavation works in progress - Left machinery precariously close to drained pool site. 6. The hire company was contacted by me to collect their equipment before it fell in the pool. Ben didn't see any issue of it being left where it was... The company certainly did though! 7. Ben turned up couple days later wanting to know what damage he had caused. Had no regard for any of the above damage or recognition of safety issues. 8. Told me he didn't need a licence to do demolition work. 9. Now told me the job was now $6,000-$7,000 to complete. 10. Failed to understand I didn't want him to continue with the work and insisted he fix everything. Ummmm.... No! TLDR; left me significantly out of pocket and with more damage caused to my property than the pool removal should have costed. Quote: "I don't need a license to do this type of work" In hindsight, that says enough!

  This complaint is false information. Has the lady seems to be racist and it's completely rubbish.At that time the whole Brisbane has been raining a week which made the job worse and This is disgusting behaviour and unexpectable behaviour. It's rubbish.
