Well.. When i was a boy i helping my Father with renovation for his customers. I did a lot of other jobs but Painting is something for me. Is quiet and free of stress .This is what i like.

Surface condition (is it need a patching, fixing cracks etc) What about the floor (is it stay like that or is gonna be a new one) Is the woodwork needs to be painted or not. Also important is to know what will be in the future (change light, change floor, change doors etc)

For interior painting job: - Cover the floor and furniture - Move the furniture away from surfaces to be painting - Leave old carpet/ floor if it gonna be changed  For exterior painting job: - Cover Windows and all surfaces what will not be painted

Price is depends of kind of work. Simple Unit refreshing with some preparation like a patching holes or fixing gaps is the cheapest option. Fresh painting job will be more expensive, but this is normal because is taking much more work. Swing stages, Boom lift are most Expensive Hour rate is $55-$75
