I really enjoy what I do  I started off by just helping a couple of people.I really liked seeing the happiness I gave people by having a clean house & yard and giving them more free time for more important things.

I have good work and social ethics. I am punctual, honest and reliable. My opinion is that I would hate to be ripped off and therefore would never do it to anyone else!

Where are you located? Is your house easily accesible and easy to locate?? How many rooms? Family home? Any pets? Are they friendly?

To save money before a clean. *Take out overflowing bins *Clean up pet poo! *Pack away kids toys and clithing on the floor These will help the job get done quicker

I have a reasonable affordable rate and am happy to offer a reduced rate on a written quote for the job you require.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I generally charge per job not per hr. This is worked out due to varied  workloads.  Prices  or basic house cleaning jobs are set between $50-$120. Window , carpets and yards assesed at the time. Quotes provided prior to commencement of job.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I primarilydo cleaning...commercial and domestic. My employee subcontractors are near at hand for window cleaning, carpet cleaning, lawnmowing and yard tidies.  Im always ready to take enquiries.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have 20 yrs experience in the cleaning industry, commercial and domestic.I have chemical handling experience and have worked in large manufacturing businesses with alot of machinery and equipment , and  also delicate housework. I have my firstaid training and experience with aged care.
