I am a fully insured business with a 'Public Liability' insurance policy in place. All my work is guaranteed not only from myself but being apart of the Dulux Accredited Programme they themselves also offer a 5 year product guarantee.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've always been interested in painting & decorating, carrying out jobs form a very young age for family and  friends of family. Two family members were also involved in the industry. I have always been hands on with a passion for taking something average and transforming it into some great.  Painting & decorating enables me to do achieve this day in, day out.

I carried out a job for a little old man, he had very little money and sadly his home was in a terrible dilapidated state. His Sister arranged for me to come around and write up a quotation. After going through the job in hand she decided she would like to go ahead and pay for my services for her elderly Brother. It was a big job with lots of preparation involved. The end day when all was completed and cleaned the little old man offered a hug to me and the team and shed a tear. He couldn't thank us enough.  Another satisfied customer...

Stepping back and appreciating the finished product. I not only  get a great feeling of accomplishment but a real sense of  satisfaction. Its fantastic handing over my work to the client .

Ensure your chosen tradesmen are registered and insured with certificates to prove this.  Its important you ask for testimonials or pictures of previous work. Make sure you explain in great detail exactly what you would like from your tradesmen.

The questions really do vary. The most common two questions are: "What is your availability on being able to carry out the job" With having a strong team its normally a two to three week waiting period.  "What products do you recommend using on your jobs" I recommend using all Dulux painting products..

Often the work carried out by previous clients often creates more work to be rectified by the professional.  Leave all purchasing of products and materials to your chosen painter & decorator.
