While ultimately due to uncertainty around the covid restrictions we were unable to utilise high power cleanings service, the way they handled the situation with such professionalism and great communication has left me feeling very positive about their company and I would not hesitate to use them in future.

Hired HCAR for get our carpets professionally steam cleaned. To be honest there were lots of stains on our carpet and we knew that the cleaners will bump up the price on arrival. However to our surprise they didn't charge us a single cent extra. No issues from our realtor either. Pure Gems. Will definitely hire them again.
