  Tom from Home Central has been quick to respond to our call out and speedily worked on our 2 roof leaks. Since the weather was good on that day (11 May 2020), we were not able to check on the spot, whether the job was properly done or not - still, we paid him in full the next day. When a few days later we got a downpour, we noticed that one leak was not fully dealt with. Even though we have been trying to reach him many, many times via email/phone/voicemail/text message, he keeps ignoring/avoiding us. If he comes around and finishes off the roof leak fix, we can consider to adjust our star rating.
