  House Of Conveyancing just handled the settlement on a property for me. This has been a terrible experience!! Generally they have proven to be very unprofessional. After settlement on June 26th they disbursed $1,689.94 extra for legals etc without my knowledge nor consent and have failed to explain why these monies were paid out and the complete breakdown of monies paid. Phone calls and emails have been ignored so I am now seeking advice from Consumer Affairs and the Victorian Property Fund in an attempt to recover these monies.

  I don't want to sound like I am gushing but... House of Conveyancing is the easiest company *by far* that I have ever dealt with when trying to settle a property. It was easy to get things done and all of my issues were handled with care. Highest recommendation!
