Bay had a unit development designed by a previous designer his real estate agent could not sell, and Bay asked if we could help. With a small amount of design work, we reduced cost AND he sold 50% within a week. Since then he has asked us to do all his future developments (this time from the start).

Servicing the public and delivering good projects is our most satisfying part of our job. We deliver good value, clients always invite us to their homes / workplaces after we have finished and 90% of our work is repeat clients, which is a testament to the satisfaction of our customers.

How much do you cost? - Our cost ranges from $500 to $5000 for drafting services, and for project management there is a monthly amount for managing consultants, approvals and builders. We are very competitive and design is a small proportion of the main project budget, but has the largest affect.

For us to provide a quotation we would need as much information as you can give us. Include the following: - Are there any existing plans, and what detail are they? - What goal do you want to achieve? - How big (square metres, or no. of rooms) is the project? - Do you need us to project manage?

Since 2005 we have worked with many and those that do the following have a fast, cheaper experience: 1. Prepare an honest budget of how much you can spend, and provide it to us. 2. Give a clear scope to the designer, including any non-negotiable items upfront. 3. Try to minimise changes.

We use advanced software to enable drawings to be generated from 3 dimensional models. This reduces errors, is less labour intensive and highly accurate, and provides you with a potential walkthrough if requested. We also obtain trade discounts on engineers, builders and suppliers for you.

Our service agreements have competitive design and drafting rates, complimented by approval or other additional services that can be accommodated.

We are expert at obtaining planning approvals (sometimes for projects that 'push the boundaries') and design. We have extensive experience in residential, multi-residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects.
