  Total waste of my hard earned money. No one else had to go through this nightmare. A complete new bathroom that doesn't drain water and leaking toilet. The epic thing is when I texted him with photos of leak his answer was "now you understand what happens if you bargain for doing a job". He told me to pay 300 extra for parts and labour to fix it. Hung did not have many reviews in one flare so I did not even consider him initially. A quick google search brought up reviews from Hi pages and thought of giving a shot. It did not take long for me to realise that it was a wrong call. All those review's from hi pages might be from handy man jobs. For a bathroom with history of water damage and rotten beams, we would expect it to be fixed properly before moving forward. What all he done was just added two supports and covered up with yellow toungue. He did not use the right materials either. Insead of using water resistant plaster boards in the shower area he used normal wall plaster boards. He told me that it wouldn't make any difference because we waterproof on top. I strongly believe he did not do that well either as the holes in the plaster to allow for the plumbing and mixer are drilled multiple times and way bigger. These holes are usually covered with waterproof membrane tape prior to application of waterproof paste. When I questioned him he told this will be addressed by using silicon around the tap ware and shower so that water doesn't get in. He did not even make an effort to fix a soggy dry wall plaster board, also left electric switch board holes in the plaster walls and left the tiny decorative marble tiles from old bathroom and tiled on top. He did not even make an effort to level the floor or walls and told can be fixed while tiling. This lead to uneven tiles all around on the floor and walls. From a distance it look good because of the tiles to the ceiling, premium tiles and expensive tap ware and fittings. If you go closer you can quickly notice the uneven tiles. Grouting is not good either, lot of places around the niches in shower and near bath tub were not grouted and also cracked. Terrible caulking in the shower corners as well. Not to mention about the delay. He comes work in a rush for one hour and goes away. One whole week he did not even show up. Finally I had to spend 3500 extra for re plumbing and re caulking. Not sure how long it would last. Total waste of money.

  Hired him to tile a bathroom, agreed on price and start and finished dates. Shewed up on Monday , layed 3/4 of the floor and left. Did not come for the next 2 days but asked for payment and when we contacted him gave us some excuse that he had the flu. Paid him a deposit which has not been refunded. Ernie
