I have insurance that's provided by AAMI.   I always come with spare batteries and memory cards so I can safeguard against their failure. Additionally, for product and portraits, I'll have my laptop with me so we can review shots to check they meet your needs.

Seeing my customers delighted with the end results - in particular it's awesome when I work with people who don't usually feel comfortable being photographed and they relax around me and have a great time.

The most common question I am asked is what my hourly rate includes:  - the initial consultation; I'll spend as much time as needed over the phone or in person with you discussing your individual requirements so you get exactly what you need - photography - editing - followup

The more the better - so I prefer to have a chat over the phone instead and ask heaps of questions to really understand your specific needs

I itemise my service costs unlike most photographers that offer package deals.   Primarily I photograph for businesses - so value for money, quality and transparency are key. Also, why pay for additional services if you don't require them?

How do you normally charge for your service?

I usually charge my services at $100 which includes travel to you (I only shoot on location at this stage). I also provide photo editing and retouching after the shoot.
