I did an apprenticeship after leaving school and always had a keen interest in the construction industry.  Ran my own construction business for quite a few years then supervised the fit-out of highrise construction. I also enjoy renovating older houses in my spare time.

You were first recommended to me by the agent, then my bank manager gave me your business card, then I was talking to the tea lady at the office and she told me you did a report for her son last week. Now after seeing what you do first hand I have to agree with them all. Are you a full time property inspector, do you rate the condition of the property, do you report on the good aspects of the property not just the defects, do you hold professional indemnity insurance cover, will I receive the report the same day as inspected.
