We have been operating since 2007 and completely insured and we guarantee that If you are not completely satisfied with the level of service that Infinity Property Agents offer, we will offer the next three months management fee for free.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Originally from Japan, I came to Australia over 20 years ago and started working the development and sales of Maroubra properties. I spent 5 years working in Maroubra and then started my own management business and since then we have expanded based on those old-school services.

Most of the time, customers are keen to know the rental potential of their property and we offer a free rental appraisal service. Also, they are keen to know how soon we can find someone and can they change management midway through a lease. The answer is yes and we can take care of it all for you.

We are at the lower end of the market in terms of price with a low management and letting fee. Our advertising fee of $100 + GST is amongst the lowest in Sydney.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge a management fee of 5% + GST. Advertising is limited to $100 + GST and we charge a letting fee of one week's rent. Each month there is a $6.60 admin fee and this gives you a range of benefits including 24-hour access to a cloud-based landlord reporting mechanism.
