After a lifetime of construction it was a natural progression to get into inspections where i could use my experience and knowledge without the physical demands of building and I love it.

Last year I had a client who used my services for 5 seperate building inspections and it was interesting that after meeting them a few times we became firm friends and they trusted me to the point that on the last house that they actually purchased was bought unseen by them while in South Africa .

Q How much doe you charge? That will depend on the job description but we are very competitive. Q Do I get a report? A Yes you will receive a verbal report once inspection is finished followed by detailed written report including photos and descriptors within 24 hrs of inspection.

Generally we require the size of a house eg, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms and age of house etc in order to get an understanding of the scope and complexity of the job.
