  I paid $790 for a building inspection, and very basic checks were not carried out. After taking possession of the property, I discovered multiple obvious issues that should have been identified: -Two internal doors do not close -Four sash windows do not open at all -An upstairs external door was completely stuck shut and could not be opened -Another external door had a missing handle -No flashing where laser light meets roof, causing lesking I specifically asked the inspector after the inspection whether the windows opened, and his response was “Yes, I believe so… from what I remember.” They clearly were not checked. I chose this company because they claimed to understand heritage buildings, yet they did not even perform basic functional checks on sash windows or doors—fundamental elements in heritage properties. When I raised these issues: -My email was ignored -A follow-up email was ignored -A voicemail was ignored Communication was excellent until payment was made. After that, they completely disappeared and made no attempt to address or explain the issues. For the price charged, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not waste your money on this company.
